Essential Requirements * Experience working with children or young people in residential care or a similar setting. * Calm, reliable, and confident approach in challenging situations. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willingness to work towards). * Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
